Cooling Inspection:
HVAC Deals & Discounts: $110 per system per year.
*services may change depending on customers specific heating and cooling systems
Clean indoor and outdoor coils – Light cleaning, non-acid type
Check the refrigerant charge and do a visual inspection for leaks
Check the system operating temperatures and pressures
Check the system operating voltage and amperages
Replace and, or clean the system filters
Check the indoor and outdoor fan motors and bearings and lubricate as required
Check the electrical connections and component wear, clean and tighten as needed
Check the indoor thermostat for proper operation
Check and clean the condensation drain and pump
Check the safety pan water overflow switch
Check the drain trap safety switch if one is installed
Check indoor and outdoor units for overall wear and general condition
Check and adjust the operating and safety controls
Check the compressor for noise, vibration and electrical operation.
Record any unusual conditions, deterioration, or performance deficiencies.
